Trump Hollywood Luxury Condominium in South Florida Sold Out

Trump’s oceanfront Luxury Condominium in Hollywood Beach, Florida, in January 2011, the Trump Hollywood has sold 179 residences for sales of $276 million. The luxury property’s total sales of more than $306 million include prior sales of 21 condominiums. BH3 is the property development firm behind the success of the project.

"Congratulations to BH3, the whole development team and everyone working on Trump Hollywood, it's been an amazing success," said Donald J. Trump, in a prepared statement for the press. BH3 points to the project’s financial stability as being a factor key to its success. The homeowner’s association is well funded and there have been no foreclosures to date.

"We are thrilled that we have been successful in putting Hollywood on the map as an ultra-luxurious residential destination. Trump Hollywood is an outstanding value and a one-of-a-kind property," said Edgardo Defortuna, president and CEO of Fortune Development Sales, which is Trump’s sales partner. "Both the international and local markets have responded incredibly well to these grand, finished residences."

Hollywood Beach is located between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. The six-plus miles of coastline are hypnotically tranquil and picturesque. Florida Living Magazine has named Hollywood Beach “Florida’s Best Beach.”
